  • Supervise daily warehouse and receiving operations to ensure safety, inventory accuracy, and timely material flow to production.
  • Lead the warehouse team to achieve operational KPIs and drive continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives.
  • Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with warehouse procedures and work instructions.
  • Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counting, stock control, and effective warehouse management practices.
  • Ensure timely replenishment and availability of materials to support production requirements.
  • Monitor warehouse operations, asset utilization, workplace safety, and security standards.
  • Support system maintenance activities and participate in new system implementation projects.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, training, and performance management to warehouse personnel.
  • Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate operational priorities and updates.
  • Monitor operational performance and provide regular progress updates to management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 6-7 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or materials management, preferably within electronics or manufacturing environments.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or team leadership role within warehouse operations.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control, cycle counting, warehouse processes, and safety management.
  • Experience with ERP systems and warehouse management systems (WMS) is preferred.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, delegation, and team development skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good command of English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and collaborate across functions.
