Job Summary:

Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.

Para apoyar a nuestros extraordinarios equipos que construyen grandiosos productos y contribuyen a nuestro crecimiento, estamos buscando un Supervisor de Almacén ubicado en Guadalajara, Norte.

Reportando al Warehouse Manager el rol del Supervisor de Almacén se encargará de supervisar al personal para el recibo, almacenaje y surtido de materiales a la línea de producción; así como también, el que se cumpla con los procedimientos de cada una de estas áreas y por último el buen uso de las herramientas de trabajo.

Cómo luce un típico día de trabajo:

• Supervisar el envío, recepción y distribución de mercancías.
• Garantiza que los pedidos entregados se llenen de manera precisa y eficiente.
• Realiza controles de control de calidad en todos los productos recibidos antes de almacenar o distribución de mercancías.
• Mantiene los niveles adecuados de existencias en el almacén para garantizar la máxima rentabilidad.
• Garantiza que el almacén se mantenga de manera eficiente, ordenada y segura.

La experiencia que buscamos añadir a nuestro equipo:

• Ingeniería o alguna experiencia relacionada.
• Experiencia en manejo de inventarios.
• Experiencia en área de recepción, surtido de material.
• Conocimiento y uso de Excel.
• Gestión de personal
