Job Description

Organize daily work schedules and distribute tasks among warehouse

workers according to priorities.

Supervise the receipt of goods from production or suppliers and ensure they

meet the required specifications.

Follow up on sorting, inspection, and packaging processes for hijab products

(plain/printed/accessories).

Ensure compliance with proper storage procedures to maintain fabric and

product quality.

Monitor loading and unloading operations and ensure safe handling of

products.

Submit daily reports to the Warehouse Manager regarding goods movement,

workforce count, and achievement rates.

Train new workers on warehouse procedures, quality standards, and safety

policies.

Coordinate with other departments (Production – Quality – Purchasing –

Sales) to ensure accurate delivery and receiving processes.

Supervise and ensure all inventory transactions are entered into the system

by the Storekeeper.

Coordinate with the Inventory Accounts team to review stock audit results,

identify discrepancies, and resolve errors.

Monitor warehouse cleanliness, organization, and compliance with

occupational safety rules.

Report immediately any violations, damages, or defects in products or

inventory
