Work Mode: Onsite

Location: Onsite - Sheridan, AR

Opportunity

As a key member of the AFO Supply Chain Operations
organization, the Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for leading, developing,
and continuously improving all on-site materials operations for Arkansas
Faucets Operations (AFO). This role oversees warehouse operations,
supermarkets, kitting processes, internal logistics, and inventory control
activities to ensure the efficient flow of materials throughout the facility.

The Warehouse Supervisor is accountable for maintaining
inventory accuracy through effective cycle counting, inventory reconciliation,
variance analysis, storage location management, and material movement
transaction integrity. This position also ensures the accuracy of Materials
Master Data in SAP and provides leadership for daily materials operations,
including receiving, storage, material handling, replenishment, and production
support.

The successful candidate will build and lead a
high-performing team while driving operational excellence, continuous
improvement, safety, inventory accuracy, and material availability to support
manufacturing objectives and customer requirements.

Specific Responsibilities

Materials Operations & Production Support

  • Lead all on-site materials operations, including
    receiving, warehousing, supermarkets, kitting, inventory control, and internal
    logistics.
  • Ensure efficient material handling, storage,
    replenishment, and delivery processes that support uninterrupted production.
  • Partner closely with Planning and Scheduling teams to
    ensure materials are properly staged, kitted, and available to meet production
    requirements.
  • Ensure timely material delivery to assembly operations
    while minimizing production downtime caused by material shortages.
  • Lead root-cause investigations and corrective actions for
    material-related disruptions and inventory issues.
  • Establish and maintain standard work, operating
    procedures, and performance metrics to achieve operational excellence.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop materials associates to build a
    high-performing and engaged team.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety policies, procedures,
    and Powered Industrial Vehicle (PIV) requirements.
  • Identify organizational capability gaps and develop
    training and competency plans to support both short- and long-term business
    needs.
  • Monitor employee performance and lead development
    initiatives that improve safety, productivity, and operational effectiveness.

Continuous Improvement & Material Flow

  • Drive Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement
    initiatives to optimize material flow, labor efficiency, and operational
    performance.
  • Design, implement, and sustain material replenishment
    systems including supermarkets, Kanban systems, smart buffers, and other
    advanced inventory management solutions.
  • Define logistics equipment requirements and support the
    implementation of technologies that improve operational effectiveness.

Inventory Control & SAP Management

  • Lead inventory control activities, including cycle count
    programs, physical inventories, inventory reconciliation, and inventory
    accuracy initiatives.
  • Audit inventory records and implement corrective actions
    to improve inventory accuracy and system integrity.
  • Manage inventory movement transactions within SAP and
    ensure team members are properly trained in system processes and controls.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies through
    data analysis, root-cause identification, stock adjustments, and disposition
    management.
  • Maintain the integrity of material master data and serve
    as the site subject matter expert for materials and inventory-related SAP
    processes.
  • Establish inventory control KPIs, monitor performance
    through PDCA methodology, and communicate results through regular management
    reporting.
  • Identify opportunities for inventory reduction, waste
    elimination, and cost savings through analysis and continuous improvement
    initiatives.
  • Reconcile distribution center and in-plant warehouse
    inventory on a routine basis to ensure financial and operational accuracy.

Skills/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial
    Engineering, Business, or a related field or equivalent level of education/experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience functioning in a leadership role
  • 3+ years of experience in any of the following areas: Supply Chain, Warehouse Operations, Inventory Control, Internal Logistics, or Material Flow
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems, SAP, and inventory control principles.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause
    investigation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities, business ownership,
    customer focus, adaptability, curiosity, aand a passion for continuous
    improvement.
  • Knowledge of Material Master Data, and Materials Management functions is preferred

The salary range for this position is $69,650 - $105,850. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation.
