Your Role at KIK
We're looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to lead warehouse operations across two warehouse facilities, ensuring materials and finished goods move safely, efficiently, and accurately to support production and customer commitments.
In this role, you will lead a team of warehouse associates and forklift operators while partnering closely with Production, Maintenance, Planning, and Quality to ensure seamless material flow and inventory accuracy. You'll be responsible for driving safety, productivity, employee development, inventory control, and continuous improvement while maintaining exceptional service to internal customers.

What You’ll Do
Lead daily operations across two warehouse facilities, ensuring the safe, efficient, and accurate movement of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods to support production schedules and customer commitments
Supervise, coach, develop, and engage a team of warehouse associates and forklift operators by setting clear expectations, providing ongoing feedback, and fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
Plan daily staffing, assign work, and adjust priorities to meet production schedules, shipping requirements, and changing business needs
Partner closely with Production, Planning, Maintenance, and Quality to ensure uninterrupted material flow, resolve operational issues, and support overall plant performance
Monitor and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) related to safety, inventory accuracy, productivity, on-time shipments, quality, and employee performance, taking corrective action as needed to achieve operational goals
Oversee shipping, receiving, inventory transactions, cycle counts, and material movements using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and JD Edwards (JDE), ensuring accurate inventory records and timely material availability
Ensure compliance with all company policies, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and applicable safety and regulatory requirements while promoting a strong safety culture
Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, performance management, and employee development to build and retain a high-performing team
Provide hands-on support by operating forklifts and other material handling equipment as needed to meet production and business demands
Complete end-of-shift communications, ensuring operational updates, inventory concerns, staffing issues, and follow-up actions are effectively communicated to the next shift
Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, inventory accuracy, workflow efficiency, employee engagement, and overall warehouse performance
Perform other duties as assigned
What You’ll Bring
High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
3 or more years of progressive warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience in a manufacturing environment
Previous experience leading employees as a supervisor, team lead, trainer, or in another informal leadership capacity strongly preferred
Experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
Working knowledge of warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, inventory control, cycle counting, material handling, and warehouse management systems (WMS)
Experience monitoring operational metrics and using data to improve warehouse performance, inventory accuracy, productivity, and service levels
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with JD Edwards (JDE), RFID technology, and warehouse management systems is preferred
Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, continuous improvement, or other operational excellence methodologies is preferred
Demonstrated leadership, communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and hold team members accountable for achieving operational goals
Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to effectively prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, overtime, or alternate shifts as needed to support a 24/7 manufacturing operation
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb stairs and ladders, and work in an indoor/outdoor industrial manufacturing environment

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. This position has a base salary range of $70,000-$75,000 plus eligibility for an annual incentive bonus. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including your relevant skills and experience.
