YOUR TASKS

Overall responsibilities and duties:
o Managing internal logistics and the respective warehouse areas for medium to highly complex plant operations. Steering logistic systems and process workflows, as well as implementing selected project orders including training measures
负责厂区中高复杂度生产运营场景下的内部物流及对应仓库管理；统筹物流体系与业务流程落地，推进指定项目执行，并组织开展相关培训工作。
o Ensuring agreed targets are achieved in the area of responsibility according to GER, as well as health & safety, compliance and environmental protection principles
按照 GER 要求及健康安全、合规、环保相关标准，保障责任范围内各项指标落地。
o Carrying out and assuming responsibility for quality assurance measures, as well as planning optimum personnel deployment in the respective area of responsibility and managing related personnel cost.
落实并全权负责本辖区内的质量管控工作，合理规划辖区人员配置及管控人员成本。

The main missions of the role are:
A Warehouse management / administration
o Managing a warehouse, in particular ensuring availability of the parts stored there, as well as monitoring and correcting stock levels (permanent inventory), arranging for identity tests if necessary
o 负责仓库管理工作，重点保障仓储零部件正常供应，开展库存盘点、库存数量调整等常态化库存管理工作，必要时组织物料核验。
o Ensuring and monitoring availability and operation of automated and linked storage systems, incl. radio supported processes
保障并监管自动化仓储系统及联动仓储设备正常运行，包含无线作业流程的运维管理。
o Checking the inspection of incoming goods for damage, completeness and correctness, as well as informing the respective positions about differences and deviations; monitoring incoming goods bookings and delivery note filing according to the applicable specifications, and cooperate with logistics planning to implement delivery quality management for tier-2 suppliers.
验收到货物料，核查货品有无破损、数量及规格是否相符；发现异常及时通报相关岗位，并按照规范跟进到货录入与送货单归档工作，并联动物流计划落实下级供应商交付质量管理工作。
o Guaranteeing incoming material transports/supplies to the in-plant production departments and other plants according to requirements, including the complete dispatch processing in the system and preparing the necessary shipping documents. Be responsible for the transportation of finished goods and assemblies, arrange urgent shipments in line with sales plans and ensure on-time delivery to customers.
按需求保障厂区生产部门及其他分厂的物料供给，在系统内完成全流程发货操作、制作货运单据，同时负责成品及组件的转运工作，配合销售计划组织紧急发运，保证客户准时交付。
o Controlling empties requirements within the plant and monitoring the correct collection, sorting and posting. Set up and administer container cleaning processes to fully satisfy internal and external quality requirements for cleanliness.
统筹厂区空箱 / 周转容器需求，监管其回收、分类及台账录入工作，建立并管理空箱清洁工作确保内外部清洁质量标准达成。
o Ensuring the compliance of foreign shipments with all relevant import and export regulations within the area of responsibility
确保所辖区域涉外货运业务严格遵守各项进出口相关法规。
o Involvement in the planning and designing of warehouse systems, including the data-related processing using modern means of communication, selection of warehouse and transport equipment as well as drawing up and implementing stocking and transport concepts for optimum warehouse management
参与仓储体系的规划与搭建，运用现代化通讯工具处理数据业务；甄选仓储及转运设备，制定并推行仓储、运输优化方案，提升仓库整体管理效率。
o Arranging and monitoring maintenance and repair work on all movable assets and operating equipment within the area of responsibility
统筹并监管所辖区域内所有移动资产、作业设备的维保与检修工作。
o Monitoring and optimizing how work is carried out and the working methods and processes used, involvement in the planning and design of the respective working areas
监督并优化作业方式、操作流程，参与作业区域的规划与布局设计。
o Involvement in the preparation of the investment and cost center planning
配合完成投资预算及成本中心相关规划工作。
o Preparing and monitoring internal and external system audits
筹备并跟进内外部体系审核工作。
o Monitoring and carrying out measures to maintain the target requirements
落实各项管控举措，参与制定并确保各项指标达标。
o Processing transport damage according to specifications and processing logistic complaints
按规定处理运输破损问题，跟进物流相关客诉。
o Steering empties requirements within the plant and monitoring the correct collection and sorting of all the waste materials that are incurred in the area of responsibility
统筹厂区周转容器调配需求，监管所辖区域各类废弃物的规范回收与分类。
o Carrying out and monitoring the planning and storage of hazardous goods in compliance with the legal Requirements
严格依照法律法规要求，落实并监管危化品的规划与存储工作。
o Ensuring optimum warehouse utilization; Develop corresponding warehousing models to respond to changes in business volume.
提升仓库空间利用率，实现仓储资源最优配置，制定对应的仓储模式以应对业务量的变化。
o Ensuring monitoring of internal complaints (Q3)
跟进并处理内部质量相关投诉（Q3）。
o Ensuring the storage and archiving of all documents in accordance with the statutory regulations
确保所有文件的存储和归档符合法律法规的要求

B Project Management
o Management and project lead for high complexity logistics projects from technical and organizational perspective incl. rollout and sustainable implementation of corporate standard processes
从技术及组织层面主导高复杂度物流项目，负责项目管理与统筹推进，落地并持续推行企业标准化流程。
o Defining, planning, coordinating and monitoring tasks within project teams by using defined methods and systems
运用规范方法与体系，统筹、规划、协调并监督项目团队各项工作。
o Preparing and further development of concepts for improving recording, analysis, modeling, presentation and management of process-related data
制定并持续优化方案，完善流程数据的记录、分析、建模、展示及管理体系。
o Continuous monitoring of project success regarding time, budget and output quality and driving execution of defined actions
持续跟踪项目进度、预算与交付质量，推动各项既定举措落地执行。
o Coaching and training of the project team and/or triggering additional trainings
指导、培训项目团队，并根据需求组织额外专项培训。
o Negotiating general logistics conditions with suppliers, service providers and customers (e.g. JIT/JIS processes, turnaround periods, packaging)
与供应商、服务商及客户洽谈物流合作条款（如准时化供货、周转周期、包装规范等）。

C Leadership
o Deploying employees corresponding to their qualifications within the relevant structure. Identify key positions via employee performance and draw up development plans for relevant staff. Instructing and supporting employees in a target-oriented and motivating manner to fulfill the tasks
根据员工资质，在组织架构内合理分配岗位工作，根据员工表现识别关键岗位并对关键岗位员工制定发展计划；以目标为导向开展工作指导、提供支持，并激励员工完成各项任务。
o Guiding, instructing and supporting employees in function-related tasks
对员工开展业务相关工作的引导、指导与协助。
o Participating in hiring process and responsible to sustain the team performance and evaluation as well as qualification demands
参与人员招聘工作，负责团队绩效维护、绩效考核及人员能力资质管理。

Carrying out other tasks related to this position (including examining as well as complying with industrial safety and environmental protection measures pertaining to the scope of duties)
完成岗位相关的其他工作，同时严格落实并遵守本职范围内的安全生产与环保管理要求。

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

o Bachelor’s degree or above, logistics related major is preferable
o More than 5 years of experience in warehouse management, at least 3 years in team leading
o Experience in manufacturing industries, automotive related is preferable
o Familiar with manufacturing processes
o Good command of warehouse knowledge, familiarity with automation and digitalization preferred
o Ability to operate SAP, ERP or other similar system
o Communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
o Good teamwork and leadership ability
o Strong sense of responsibility
o Logical thinking
o Good oral and written English
o Customer focus
o Collaborates with others
