Shift 4 on 4 off 18:00-06:00

Specialising in providing an unparalleled range of logistical solutions and delivering over 250,000 parts to garages and repair centres throughout Europe, Alliance Automotive Logistics guarantee that garages and fast-fit centres can repair and maintain their customers vehicles as quickly and efficiently as possible.

As a Warehouse Supervisor at our National Distribution Centre in Rotherham, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment while delivering high standards of accuracy and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support First Line Managers in leading and supervising daily warehouse operations (receiving, picking, packing, dispatch).
• Ensure productivity, accuracy, and service KPIs are consistently achieved.
• Allocate labour and resources effectively to meet operational demands.
• Promote and enforce Health & Safety standards at all times.
• Conduct team briefings and provide clear communication across shifts.
• Support colleague development, performance management, and training.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and inventory accuracy.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Previous supervisory experience within a warehouse or distribution environment
• Strong operational knowledge of warehouse processes
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Good understanding of Health & Safety practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
