Essential Job Functions

• Confirm inventory available to ship, report production in Customer system on a daily basis in order to receive shipping orders and invoice the product. (Colgate only)
• Request loads, building loads, organizing loads.
• Create SO in JDE, enforce using FIFO.
• Schedules outbound freight, to comply with warehouse operations and capacities.
• Identifies backorders and communicates with carriers/customers to get an update and resolve the issue/situation.
• Processes the customer order with expedited handling, as needed/approved.
• Maintains lines of communication with carriers, customers, shipping, and receiving facilities.
• Collects all documentation for outbound freight and ensures all documents follow to BOL Chicago for invoicing and filed appropriately.
• PGI orders on Colgate / Henkel system.
• Supervise Forklift Drivers to ensure Production Lines have what they need to improve productivity
• Assist with any issues that arise concerning shipping.
• Able to lift 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally.
