Koch Engineered Solutions is looking to add a Warehouse Supervisor to our new manufacturing facility in support of our Koch-Glitsch business. This position is in Apodaca, Mexico.

1st Shift: 6:00am – 3:00pm, Monday – Friday

What You Will Do

• Responsible for all onsite inventory and operational systems to track and manage inventory and projects.
• Lead a team using Principle Based Management philosophy, while still being a part of the hands-on day-to-day operations.
• Manage and coordinate with other departments (fabrication, scheduling, procurement, logistics, etc) using our ERP/inventory software (LN).
• Analyze daily product and supply level to anticipate inventory problems and shortages.
• Monitor demand and analyze data to anticipate future supply and logistical needs.
• Build the team’s understanding of warehouse capabilities and constraints to better improve the optimized flow.
• Propose strategies to reduce costs and improve procedures.
• Lead by example to build a culture with a shared vision of safety, ensuring strong compliance with environmental and corporate operating standards through ownership and accountability.

The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements (Basic Qualifications):

• Demonstrated proficiency in use of ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external partners.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Valid VISA and Passport.
