We're Hiring: Warehouse Supervisor | Zhivago

Zhivago is a growing Egyptian fashion brand dedicated to delivering stylish, trend-driven apparel while maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations and ensure the efficient flow of inventory across our retail network.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company procedures.
• Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records through regular audits and cycle counts.
• Coordinate stock transfers and replenishment to support retail store operations.
• Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse staff to maintain high performance standards.
• Ensure warehouse organization, cleanliness, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and operational issues.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports and inventory records.

Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse supervision and inventory management
• Experience handling e-commerce operations and order fulfillment
• Previous experience in fashion retail is preferred
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel and warehouse management systems
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
