The role:

As aWarehouseSupervisor, you will help drive our goals by:

• Leading day-to-day materials handling andlogisticsoperations within the PMM department, ensuring safe,compliantand efficient execution of all activities.

• Planning,prioritizingand assigning daily workloads to meet operational capacity, customercommitmentsand OTIF targets.

• Overseeing the secure handling, storage,movementand documentation of precious metals in line with JM, divisional and group policies.

•Monitoringquality and compliance, investigatingnon-conformancesand ensuring all work is completed to defined standards and procedures.

• Supporting equipment reliability through inspections, basicmaintenanceand coordination of preventative or corrective maintenance.

• Coaching,trainingand developing team members, including performance management,timekeepingand PTO administration.

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

• Vocational education with 3+ years of relevant materials handling,logisticsor warehouse experience, including supervisory or team lead responsibilities.

• Strong working knowledge of EH&S requirements, safe material handlingpracticesand quality systems.

• Experience coordinating daily operations, prioritizingworkloadsand meeting delivery commitments.

• Confident communicator able to work effectively with operational teams, commercialpartnersand internal stakeholders.

• Comfortable using computer systems and Microsoft Office to record transactions,reportsand operational data.

• Proven ability to lead, coach and motivate teams while modeling JM values and behaviors.
