Job Description

Re-uz deploys our activities dedicated to the production, rental, sale, as well as collection, sorting and washing of reusable containers, notably Ecocup®, in Europe and Canada.

Winner of several innovation awards, Re-uz (and in particular Ecocup® by Re-uz) has historically dedicated itself to musical, cultural and sporting events (notably the Rugby World Cup, the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, the Stade de France, international tours).

Our business is diversifying into other segments, notably commercial and institutional catering, where reusable solutions and associated services (collection, sorting and washing) are also offered.

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse supervisor to join our team. This position will be working within our product wash facility, where reusable plastic products need to be logged and processed as they come in for washing and sent to stock or out to clients.

About the Role

As a Wash Unit Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of wash operations. Whether that’s overseeing industrial equipment washdowns, or wash processes —ensuring all work is completed to the highest quality and hygiene standards.

Warehouse Supervisor Responsibilities:

· Supervise and coordinate wash unit activities and team members

· Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations

· Maintain cleanliness and operational readiness of wash unit and equipment

· Monitor chemical usage, stock levels, and equipment maintenance

· Provide training and support to new and existing team members

· Ensure consistent output quality and adherence to turnaround times

· Open & close of warehouse.

· Organise and sort reusable cups in the warehouse, ensuring they are stacked safely and correctly for future storage or delivery

· Clean and inspect plastic reusable cups so they meet hygiene standards and are free from any contaminants, damage or defects.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to meet targets.

  • Forklift licence not required but desired.

  • Previous experience in a warehouse is preferred.

  • Good knowledge safety regulations.

  • Comfortable with manual handling tasks.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Flexibility to perform additional duties as required.
