WWT NL, has a great opportunity for a Warehouse Supervisor who will be responsible for directly overseeing and leading a group of 10-25 warehouse personnel who work receiving, moving, picking and shipping product throughout our warehouse and integration operations. Responsibilities include leading, developing, planning and directing staff in support our department goals and objectives. Warehouse Supervisors actively participate in the warehouse operations. The position reports to a Warehouse Manager.

Responsibilities:

Lead a team of warehouse resources:

• Team includes various warehouse associates
• Manages up to 15 people within 1 shift or location
• Drives appropriate level of expectations of performance and business acumen
• Trains new employees
• Performs employee performance appraisals

Delivers Operational Excellence through:

• Ensures set KPI’s targets and metrics are met
• Develops a daily logistics plan for the proper and most cost-effective movement of daily shipments and receipts
• Enforces safety and operational policies and procedures
• Controls warehouse inventory accuracy by assigning warehouse locations
• Evaluates warehouse layout and recommends cost reduction concepts
• Maintains compliance with all Safety, ISO, and TL9000 requirements

Provides strong internal collaboration:

• Develops and maintains an ongoing collaborative relationship with other departments
• Communicate business metrics on a monthly, quarterly basis to management
