Are you passionate about logistics, inventory control, and operational excellence? As a Warehouse Supervisor at Molex Guadalajara Sur, you will be responsible for coordinating external warehouse operations, ensuring efficient material flow, strong 3PL provider performance, and inventory accuracy to support critical plant operations.

Our Team

You will join the logistics team, working closely with our 3PL provider and internal stakeholders such as Customer Service, Quality, Planning, and Procurement to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements.

What You Will Do

• Oversee operations between the external warehouse (3PL) and coordinate with the internal plant warehouse, ensuring material availability and flow
• Maintain daily communication with the 3PL provider to ensure compliance with KPIs and service level agreements
• Validate warehouse control processes and conduct periodic audits to ensure inventory accuracy
• Monitor and manage inventory control activities, including cycle counts and audit processes
• Utilize SAP (WM preferred, IM/MM acceptable) and WMS systems for operational management
• Collaborate with Customer Service and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely execution of requirements
• Drive problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse operations
• Influence 3PL performance through KPI tracking, data analysis, and accountability management

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Experience in warehouse and/or logistics operations
• Experience using SAP (WM preferred) or similar ERP systems
• Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Intermediate English proficiency (ability to communicate with U.S.-based teams)

What Will Put You Ahead

• Experience managing or coordinating 3PL providers
• Experience in inventory control, audits, and warehouse process validation
• Experience in manufacturing environments (IATF, OEA, or similar standards)
• Experience collaborating with Quality, Planning, and Procurement teams
