Job Description

Duties/Responsibilities:

This position includes future advancement opportunities.

• Controls warehouse inventory and maintains database(s).
• Coordinates and schedules the movement of inventory throughout the warehouse for HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical Installs.
• Manages daily flow of finished products by modifying storage space assignments.
• Manually handles, repacks, or restacks pallets of finished product as needed.
• Operates forklift truck as needed.
• Documents all related activities and completes forms and reports.
• Performs other related duties as directed.

Requirements

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Must have 3 years of proven leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Decision making skills and emotional intelligence.
• Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn company product codes and terminology.
• Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.
• Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
• Must be able to pass a drug test.
