Job Description

Physical demands:

• Ability to perform repetitive, manual material handling without restriction requiring (but not limited to) the following physical abilities: kneeling, bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, and grasping.
• Must demonstrate the strength and aerobic capacity required for the above-mentioned work up to 8 hours each day
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally

• Set and Prioritize Daily Operational Objectives
• Expedite Orders and Correct Purchase Order Receipts
• Maintain Inventory Accuracy through Cycle Counts and Adjustments
• Manage Team Data including Check-ins, Certifications/Training and Performance Reviews
• Communicating with the Team
• Other tasks as assigned

• Education Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent or Trade Certificate
• Minimum 4 Years Experience in Related Field
• Ability to Multi-Task Effectively with Attention to Accuracy and Detail
• Excellent People Skills and Emotional Intelligence
• Strong Communication Skills, both Written and Verbal
• Strong Computer Skills
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and JD Edwards EnterpriseOne considered an asset
• Bilingual considered an asset
