We’re looking for a reliable and driven Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Brisbane Airport Warehouse in a Full-Time capacity. If you’ve got a talent for keeping things organised, motivating others, and making operations hum – this could be your next move.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Support the day-to-day running of warehouse operations
✅ Lead by example on the floor – safety, accuracy, and teamwork
✅ Help coordinate receiving, stock movement, and dispatch
✅ Provide guidance and support to team members
✅ Ensure all tasks meet operational and safety standards
✅ Communicate effectively with internal teams and retail locations
✅ Contribute to process improvements and efficiency goals
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Experience in warehouse or logistics environments
✅ Natural leadership skills – you’re someone others look to for support
✅ A detail-oriented approach to tasks and time management
✅ Comfort with warehouse systems and tools
✅ Forklift licence preferred (or willingness to get one)
✅Flexibility to work various shifts where needed
✅ Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
