The role of Warehouse Supervisor postion will assist in standardization of key processes & competency requirements to ensure all regulatory compliance laws and regulations are met. Increase engaugement of organization & company's values. Provide management back up to daily operations that does not exist today. Will also provide promotional opportunities and retention with current and future staff which will energize and drive growth.
This is an on-site full time position
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE• High School Diploma / GED• 2 – 5 years of experience in a production environment.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision• Excellent communication skills• Able to work with necessary computer programs and applications• Ability to delegate work appropriately• Must be able to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills• Must be able to be flexible and lead others through change• Works well independently and in team environment• Ability to motivate and coach employees• Ability to hold employees accountable• Overtime is mandatory if shift is scheduled on weekday’s or coverage is needed for sick time or vacation of other key personnel.
**To perform the duties of this role will require frequently standing, walking and typing on a keyboard with fingers, and occasionally sitting, bending, reaching, climbing (stairs/ladders), kneeling and crouching. The physical requirements will be the ability to push/pull and lift/carry 21-30 lbs. Occasional weekend, evening or night work if needed to ensure shift coverage.**
