Our client is seeking an energetic, professional, and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our Tampa, FL location. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth in one of the fastest-growing companies in the stone industry.

Our client's mission is to offer superior customer service experience utilizing our extensive knowledge and quality materials, to designers, builders, fabricators and homeowners alike.We are looking to fill a full-time position with someone who is a quick learner, responsible, and has a drive to maintain high quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping materials.
• Manage and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring a safe, organized, and productive environment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and oversee inspections of materials.
• Ensure proper handling of materials using forklifts, overhead cranes, and other warehouse equipment.
• Develop and enforce safety policies and procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Coordinate scheduling, assign tasks, and provide training and mentorship to warehouse staff.
• Work closely with sales and customer service teams to support order fulfillment and delivery schedules.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Minimum of 3-5 years of warehouse experience (stone industry experience preferred).
• Forklift operation experience required; certification preferred (training available through the company).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and lift heavy materials as needed.
• Reliable transportation and a professional, responsible attitude.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus.

Hours of Operation:

• Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Every other Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
