YOUR ROLE
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you are operationally responsible for one of our clients in Roosendaal. In this leadership role, you work closely with your team to continuously optimize work processes. You focus on achieving the highest levels of quality and productivity and can elevate your team to the next level.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
You have an eye for deviations or anomalies within the processes you know from A to Z and initiate improvements, coordinating these with the Operations Manager. Operations run during the day shift, and you align your working hours (between 06:00 and 18:00) flexibly with the rest of the team.

Your team consists of an Assistant Supervisor, and you will also lead 8–12 operational employees who carry out daily tasks. In addition, you will have frequent contact with the Customer Service department and coordinate daily with your fellow Supervisors at this location. Work is carried out in an informal way every day in a dynamic, LEAN environment.

You will be responsible for, among other things:

• Managing, coaching, developing and evaluating the employees in your team;
• Leading the daily operations and responsible for achieving KPI’s and plans;
• In cooperation with your colleagues and the Controlroom you make the right decisions for an optimal overall process;
• Optimizing the efficiency of people and resources;
• Making improvement proposals regarding the logistics process;
• Carrying out measurements, making reports and analyses;
• Conducting performance and assessment interviews, absence counseling;
• Ensuring a clean and safe working environment (LEAN/5S).

Do you recognize yourself in the following characteristics and qualities?

• Bachelor-level thinking and working skills, with at least a completed MBO-4 education;
• A minimum of 2 years of work experience in a dynamic environment;
• A natural people manager with proven leadership experience in a similar (logistics) setting;
• Ambitious, hands-on, and able to perform well under pressure and in fast-paced situations;
• Solution-oriented, proactive, and a strong sense of ownership;
• Full-time availability and flexibility to work in a 2-shift schedule;
• Strong command of the English language, spoken and written.

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will also receive:

• A gross monthly salary between €2,884.52 and €3,918.13 plus 8% holiday allowance (based on experience and education level);
• A one-year contract with the prospect of permanent employment;
• Employment conditions under our own CEVA collective labor agreement, including 25 vacation days and 5 additional days (ADV) for full-time employment;
• A profit-sharing bonus of up to 3% if company results are positive, and a solid pension plan;
