
We are seeking a hands-on, working Shipping Supervisor to lead our 2nd shift Shipping operation. This position will work alongside the team while providing leadership, setting priorities, and ensuring customer orders, Stock Transfer Orders (STOs), and material movements are completed safely, accurately, and on time.
The ideal candidate will bring strong shipping, SAP, and inventory control experience, along with the ability to lead in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change throughout the shift.
This role is also intended to provide succession potential for the Shipping Manager position and will be expected to cover the Shipping Manager as needed.
FUCHS offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience in a similar position. The salary range for this position is $72,000 to $84,000 per year, but actual salary will vary depending upon a new hire’s experience and qualifications as well as internal equity.
