  • Ensure production support with on time and accurate deliveries of all production related ingredients/packaging
  • Demonstrate and maintain the use of an effective High Liner Operating System (HOS) while meeting customer requirements
  • Effective coaching and training for all direct reports
  • Set expectations and maintain processes that meet performance targets
  • Ensure the daily/weekly warehouse schedule for areas of responsibility meet customer needs and are cost effective
  • Responsible to ensure the safe keeping of inventory by establishing & monitoring shop floor processes that minimize damaged product, ensures the rotation of inventory is following FIFO and inventory accuracy is maintained
  • Investigate and put corrective actions in place on any issues related to inventory adjustments
  • Ensure that proper SQF and food security practices are being followed
  • Ensure safe working conditions and safe work practices are being followed by all employees
  • Ensure HLF policy and procedures are being followed

Support company strategic goals by directing the crew and implementing changes and improvements.
Ensure closure of w/o’s and accurate transactions related to w/o’s on a nightly basis in order to minimize and ultimately eliminate re-counts the following day.


Must haves:

  • Post secondary education is a plus
  • 3-5 years of warehouse coaching experience is required
  • Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills
  • Computer systems: JD Edwards & or Enterprise 1, Microsoft Office Suite, & Reports Now
  • Familiarity with an Advanced Warehouse Management System is desired
  • Ability to establish & meet productivity targets and report on results
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team player
  • Flexibility to shift hours and/or rotate shifts as operational needs require
  • Stand up Forklift Experience
