The Warehouse Summer Intern will support day-to-day warehouse operations by assisting with a variety of operational and administrative projects. This role will focus heavily on supporting the ongoing aging project, month-end activities, and inventory-related transactions. The intern will work closely with the warehouse team to help ensure timely, accurate, and efficient warehouse processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the warehouse aging project, including data review, organization, and tracking of materials
• Support end-of-month warehouse activities, including documentation and reconciliation tasks
• Assist with Autoship and Cycle Count (CC) entries to ensure inventory accuracy
• Work closely with warehouse staff on various operational improvement projects
• Help maintain accurate records related to inventory movement and warehouse transactions
• Perform general administrative and operational support tasks as needed within the warehouse
• Follow all safety policies and standard operating procedures

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed coursework in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and data entry
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
• Ability to work full-time during the summer internship period
