Job Description

Bring your energy to Aggreko as Warehouse Storeperson based in Kewdale. You’ll provide support in the execution of day-to-day business requirements in our Perth depot, to ensure efficient and on time delivery of spare parts this includes planning, preparation, documentation and packaging of required components.

What you'll do as Warehouse Storeperson:

  • Material Planning & responding to both Local and Projects business material requirements.

  • Accurate picking, packing, load and unload of items as per the provided packing list.

  • Work closely with purchasing team and key stakeholders to ensure on time delivery of non-available parts and escalate as necessary when issues are not getting resolved.

  • Liaise with Logistics on booking and collection of airfreight / sea- freight shipments.

  • Maintain on-time delivery KPIs and active involvement in driving continuous improvement.

  • Maintain an accurate picking, item allocation, item transfers and documentation process to meet and exceed inventory accuracy target.

  • Review of submitted stock requests for Central Store and providing necessary visibility of estimate time of arrival to relevant team members.

  • Review of received stock transfers into the Central Stores and releasing of orders for allocated parts and liaise with purchasing team for any item shortages.

  • Flagging of inventory shortages as needed to not delay project timelines.

You are / have:

  • An experienced warehouse storeperson with a working knowledge of inventory management processes

  • Current Forklift License

  • MR Truck License would be an advantage

  • Computer literate with experience using an ERP/ Inventory systems such as Infor M3 or MoveEx

  • Physically Fit

  • Current Driver’s License
