Objetivo: Asistir de forma eficaz al supervisor en el control, monitoreo y manejo del área, para asegurar un funcionamiento correcto y coordinado, supervisar el desempeño de los asociados que integran el área, y analizar e interpretar reportes y documentos, todo dentro de los límites y parámetros establecidos a fin de ofrecer un servicio eficiente a los clientes.
