Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 6:30am to 5:00pm (overtime per business needs)
Expectations for this position
Execute critical tasks with a high degree of accuracy to meet client and operational requirements
Participate in an on-call rotation based on staffing and workload needs
Work overtime and/or weekends as required
Operate in a -20°C freezer environment with appropriate PPE
Perform core warehouse functions including receiving, picking, packing, quality control, inventory management, order processing, and shipping
Prepare and maintain essential documentation for reporting and compliance
Foster effective working relationships with customers and internal departments
Work independently on moderately complex assignments, applying sound judgment to resolve issues
Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Adhere to all work rules and Standard Operating Procedures
Promote trust and collaboration across internal and external teams
Encourage teamwork to achieve goals and drive positive outcomes
Demonstrate strong communication skills and a proactive, self-starting approach
Obtain and maintain certifications for all required material handling equipment (MHE)
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
College coursework or degree preferred, but not required
Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in warehouse operations
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
High attention to detail with proven multitasking capabilities
Thorough knowledge of warehouse policies and procedures
Proficient in warehouse management systems
Effective decision-making skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Access, and Word
Physically capable of prolonged standing, frequent bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs. regularly
Experience with material handling equipment (MHE) is a plus
Anticipated hourly range: $22.30 per hour - $28.80 per hour
