The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for processing shipments in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring operational excellence, high efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Sorting, packing, loading, and unloading freight and managing shortages/damages with a CDR report prepared.

Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Specialist, you will be responsible for executing and coordinating daily warehouse activities, including:

• Receiving, inspecting, and registering incoming goods
• Preparing outgoing shipments (packing, labeling, documentation)
• Performing inventory checks and reporting discrepancies
• Accurately processing data in WMS and logistics systems
• Operating warehouse equipment such as EPT or forklift (if certified)
• Ensuring a safe, organized, and clean warehouse environment
• Collaborating with internal teams and transport partners to ensure timely processing

Qualifications

We are looking for a Warehouse Specialist who can work independently, has strong communication skills, and values quality. You bring:

• Good command of both English and Dutch (minimum B1 level required)
• At least 1–3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role
• Experience with EPT/forklift (certificate is a plus; can be obtained via AIT)
• Basic knowledge of air or sea freight processes is an advantage
• Experience with WMS/ERP systems
• Strong focus on accuracy, safety, and teamwork
• Physically able to perform warehouse tasks
• Flexible, eager to learn, and customer-oriented
