实时跟进系统,对超量到货和提前到货的大件物料,安排转库,确保仓库空间可用性
3. 生产损工COPQ分析
每日班长会议,相关安全、备料配送及异常事宜沟通处理;
每日参加所负责产线的计划、仓库、生产早会-tiermeeting,对涉及到的仓库事宜进行跟进和处理;
全力减少因仓库原因造成的损工;
-对发生的生产损工,进行跟进分析,确定责任人,推动相关环节不断改进。
4. 安全与合规
- 遵守公司安全制度,及时上报隐患。
- 监督作业人员安全操作(如叉车、堆高机),确保无安全事故。
5. 跨部门协作
- 配合计划、生产、工程、财务、质量部门完成相关生产、审计、抽检等工作。
素质要求责任心强,注重细节,能适应高强度工作及加班需求。
- 良好的沟通协调能力,具备团队合作精神。
