About the job:

1. Receiving and Put-away

  • Responsible for receiving finished goods and/or raw materials, including verification of PO/ASN, quantities, batch numbers, and labels
  • Complete put-away, location assignment, and storage maintenance according to requirements, ensuring system records are consistent with physical inventory
  • Support CRD and immediate receiving/put-away requirements

2. Outbound and Shipping

  • Perform picking, verification, and packing based on Delivery Notes (DN) or Shipping Orders
  • Assist with manual DN creation, DN exceptions handling, and re-shipments or replenishment shipments
  • Coordinate with forwarders to ensure on-time shipments and accurate shipping documentation

3. Inventory Management

  • Participate in daily inventory control activities, including Cycle Count and Full Inventory Count
  • Follow up on quantity discrepancies and system vs. physical stock inconsistencies; assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Execute FIFO, batch control, and serial number management requirements

4. System Operations

  • Proficient in SAP (WM/EWM/MM/SD related modules) and WMS systems
  • Perform system transactions such as receiving, put-away, picking, shipping, and TO/WT processing
  • Ensure timely and accurate system posting to maintain data integrity

5. Exception Handling and Continuous Improvement

  • Handle order fluctuations, urgent shipments, system issues, and on-site emergencies
  • Participate in process optimization, SOP improvement, 5S, and warehouse continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support Internal Audit (IA), audit reviews, and internal control corrective actions

About you:

1. Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in manufacturing or logistics warehouse operations
  • Experience in finished goods warehouses, integrated warehouses, or SAP warehouse operations is preferred

2. Skills

  • Familiar with end-to-end warehouse operations (receiving, shipping, storage, inventory counting, and exception handling)
  • Able to independently handle at least 2–3 functional areas (e.g. receiving & shipping, shipping & system processing)
  • Basic computer skills, including Excel and system data entry

3. Personal Attributes

  • Strong sense of responsibility and execution capability; able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong learning ability with willingness to take on multiple roles
  • Good teamwork spirit and on-site problem-solving capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with SAP EWM / WM
  • Experience in warehouse consolidation, system migration, or process optimization projects
  • Relevant educational background in logistics, supply chain, or related fields
