  • Building strong stakeholder relationships, working collaboratively with business leaders and experienced operational teams to deliver the wider business strategy.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for an experienced operational leader with excellent communication and leadership skills who can motivate, develop and get the best from their people.

You’ll ideally bring:

  • Previous management experience within a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment.
  • Experience within the parcel industry would be a strong advantage.
  • Previous experience of budgetary control and financial management.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • The ability to prioritise and successfully manage multiple demands in a fast-paced operation.
  • A CPC qualification in Transport and Logistics would be advantageous.

Ready to lead from the front?

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a busy operation, shape the culture of your site and make a real impact on our people, customers and performance.

If you’re a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to turn great teams into great results, we’d love to hear from you.
