Glass Doctor has been the market leader in providing Fast and Friendly Glass Installation and Repair Services to Western Washington since 1962. We are growing fast and looking to add a Warehouse/Shop Lead to our Kent location. The Warehouse/Shop Lead will with Shop and General Managers to improve overall warehouse organization and flow; load and offload glass; clean, rack and inspect all incoming glass for defects and workmanship; order and keep materials stocked at all times; learn and master what supplies are needed for different types of glass installations, in order to be effective in preparing for next day’s routes; work closely with Dispatcher to stage next day’s routes; responsible for checking tools in and out of supply cage; inventory tracking with software program; assist glaziers when necessary; glass deliveries when needed.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in glass handling preferred.
• Good driving record and insurable.
• Able to safely lift up to 75lbs daily.
• Self-motivated with excellent communication skills and drive for constant improvement.
• Ability to embrace and thrive in a very-fast moving environment.
• Able to manage time effectively with little to no supervision.
• Enjoys organizing and tracking parts and materials.
• Has vision and process to improve the stocking and flow of a warehouse.
• Exemplify our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.
• Schedule and track vehicle maintenance for technicians.

Compensation: $18-$22 per hour DOE
