Job Description

Main Responsibility:

Responsible for leading the Warehouse & Shipping team to ensure the availability and control of materials at the point of use, guaranteeing customer demand coverage while maintaining optimal inventory levels. Drives improvement projects and ensures adherence to applicable standards, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Requirement Fulfillment Monitor production plans to align with customer requirements. Maintain constant communication with internal clients regarding manufacturing plan compliance. Ensure timely shipments and optimize logistics resources in collaboration with Purchasing. Measurement: Backorder reduction and On-Time Delivery.

  • Planning Support and follow up with the planning team to secure material availability (direct and indirect). Ensure production lines receive materials on time and in the right form. Measurement: Reduction of shortages and production line impacts.

  • Inventory Management: Guarantee demand coverage by maintaining optimal inventory levels. Define inventory profiles and planning processes for each part. Ensure compliance through cycle counts. Measurement: Inventory levels aligned with budget.

  • System Maintenance: Support process systems, update ERP parameters systematically to ensure reliability, reinforce Quality Management Systems, and optimize resources through SAP. Measurement: Inventory levels aligned with budget.

  • Integrated Management System Participation: Actively participate in company programs related to quality, safety, health, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with internal policies, Code of Conduct, and safety regulations.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or Industrial Engineering. (required).

3-5 years in a similar role as Manager
