Become a vital part of a global manufacturing team as a Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Associate, where your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure smooth operations.

This position involves performing manual and clerical duties related to the shipment and receipt of materials, supplies, equipment, and finished products. You will verify shipments, inspect goods, and prepare items for shipment while maintaining accurate records and supporting warehouse logistics.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual and clerical tasks related to shipment and receipt of materials under general supervision.
• Receive goods, verify items against shipment records, and inspect their condition.
• Gather, verify, and pack items for shipment according to specifications and transportation methods.
• Record received and shipped items following established procedures.
• Route materials, supplies, and equipment to inspection or stock areas.
• Complete written and computerized documentation accurately.
• Load orders using standup forklift and interact with customers and dealers as needed.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in warehouse shipping and receiving.
• Standup forklift operation required.
• Use of RF Scanner for inventory management.
• Successful completion of drug test and background check.
• Basic reading, writing, and numerical skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record may be required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift certification preferred.

Work Environment

• Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm.
• Location: Chatsworth, CA 91311.
• Contract position with benefits.
• Requires dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Must adhere to established safety and quality procedures.
