Working with our Site Lead, Warehouse and Distribution Teams at our Bristol site and across other sites, you’ll be an important part of our work family. Ensuring our quality products are ready to be delivered to our customers on time and in full, with your eye always on quality.

As a Warehouse Shift Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the smooth running of our Bristol warehouse. You’ll lead from the front – setting clear goals, keeping standards high, and making sure our products roll out fresh, on time, and in full. Your operational know-how and strategic thinking will help us keep the nation’s toast racks full.
But it’s not just about the bread and butter of the job. It’s about people. You’ll create a positive, motivated environment where everyone feels valued and supported. You’ll lead by example, champion open communication, and make engagement more than just a buzzword – through clear goals, regular feedback, and celebrating wins big and small. By building strong relationships and encouraging continuous improvement, you’ll help your team rise to every challenge.

Our Bristol Bakery and Distribution depot is located at Severn Beach, near Bristol. You’ll find us a 15-minute drive from the M5 and 10 minutes from Severn bridge if you’re heading over the bridge from Wales (Toll Free)!
We have 3 state of the art manufacturing plants and Bristol Bakery is the proud home to one of our latest innovations, The Bagel! Bristol manufacture and distribute over 12 different types of bakery products producing over 160,000 units of freshly baked products to delight families across the UK.
With nearly 400 colleagues and over 21 different nationalities, working a variety of different shift patterns, the bakery runs 363 days of the year, 24/7. Bristol is also a dedicated Driver Training Centre and Distribution hub!
