You Will
Ensure all lift trucks, dock equipment and other related equipment is maintained in safe and efficient manner.
Assure accuracy of team’s SAP transactions and material movements.
Facilitate scheduled work orders, ensuring customer requirements are met, including required materials to fulfill work orders.
Provide on-the-job training to new associates on the line & with auxiliary equipment.
Relieve material handlers for breaks and fill-in, as needed.
Collaborate within and across the operation to drive continuous improvement
You Have:
Ability to work the following shift: Nights 5pm - 5:10am on a 3-2-2-3 schedule
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent. Associate’s Degree is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing warehouse experience
Sit-down forklift operating experience, as well as experience using an RF scanner
Demonstrated ability to be an effective leader & role model
Ability to utilize Excel to create reports and charts
Experience utilizing an ERP system, with a strong preference for SAP
