At Endries, our Warehouse Associate primary goal is to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders and get them out the door to our customers on time! Key Responsibilities

If you answered yes, come join our team and play a key role in ensuring our products are accurately processed and delivered to meet customer needs. In this role, you will receive, pick, pack, inspect, stage, and ship products, process customer orders, manage inventory and VMI programs, maintain product documentation and traceability, and help resolve order and inventory issues.

A successful candidate for this role will bring the following:

  • Receive, pick, pack, inspect, stage, and ship products to customers while ensuring accuracy of product, quantity, and shipment requirements.
  • Verify and process customer orders according to customer specifications and established procedures.
  • Review, verify, and process required product documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, proper product association, and compliance with customer requirements.
  • Support product traceability requirements by ensuring appropriate documentation remains associated with the correct product throughout the fulfillment process.
  • Identify and resolve missing, incorrect, or incomplete product documentation prior to shipment.
  • Manage VMI products and bin management systems at customer locations as needed, including monitoring inventory levels, filling and replenishing bins, scanning products, and maintaining organized and accurate inventory.
  • Track and maintain inventory accuracy using radio frequency scanners and warehouse management systems.
  • Support inventory replenishment and product movement to meet customer requirements.
  • Identify and assist with resolving inventory, order, product, documentation, fulfillment, and customer service issues.
  • Communicate product, documentation, inventory, or fulfillment concerns to appropriate team members in a timely manner.
  • Assist with product returns, credits, discrepancies, and inventory adjustments as needed.
  • Meet key performance metrics established by Warehouse Leaders, which may include safety, culture, customer needs, quality, documentation accuracy, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment and support key warehouse and service areas as assigned.
  • Report to work on time and as scheduled.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
