Job Description

Receive finish product from production packing according to handover data. Pull out finish product for loading to dry container as per request.

• Organize, receive finish product received from packing production and prepare finish product that will be loading to dry container.
• Ensure the finish product is received from the production packing according to the handover data.
• Issuing products on demand in Shipping Instruction (SI)
• Ensure no product is damaged during storage in the warehouse.
• Maintain cleanliness within the warehouse environment.
• Receives a final product return from the loading section.
• Return the damaged product to the production packing.
• Communicate with the production packing party about the transfer of finish product, return finish product, repack finish product.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Strong understanding of end-to-end warehouse processes (receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch)
• Experience in handling finished goods, preferably in FMCG / manufacturing industries
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, supervise, and develop a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle operational issues and improve processes
• Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and proficient in Microsoft Excel (reporting & analysis)
• Good understanding of inventory control, stock accuracy, and warehouse KPIs
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams (production, logistics, shipping)
• Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities
• Willing to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong integrity, discipline, and accountability
• Placement in Tarjun (Kalimantan Selatan)
