General Summary

The Warehouse Puller/Packer is responsible for the day-to-day coordination and execution of warehouse and logistics strategy and plans, including completing daily tasks that are required in the warehouse and working with teams to pull, pack and process orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Pull and pack up to at least 50+ orders daily
• Organize the daily orders in the assembly line to get them ready for packaging
• Create shipping labels via USPS, UPS, and FedEx
• Ticketing – Place labels/barcodes onto merchandise
• Manage inventory and provide accurate counts of merchandise to the supervisor
• Organize back-stock inventory using a manual pallet jack
• Restock items in their proper bins
• May assist with loading and unloading new shipments that come in
• Report and check shipments that come in
• Maintain a clean and organized work station
• Assist the customer service department with verifying accurate product availability
• Follow warehouse safety policies and procedures at all times
• Communicate with the Warehouse Supervisor and Customer Service Supervisor to ensure orders are being processed accordingly
• Sweep aisles, take out trash, and other cleaning duties to maintain a clean working environment
• Work together with the pullers and packers to process orders accordingly

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of warehouse experience with pulling, packing, and inventory
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Familiar with shipping carriers like UPS, USPS, and FexEx
• Computer literate
• Strong teamwork skills and experience working with logistics and other teams
• Excellent attention to detail, organization and follow-through
• Strong project management skills with ability to multi-task
• Ability to work quickly, efficiently and independently
• Comfortable with basic web tools and technologies
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Punctual, patient, friendly, trustworthy, strong team player
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential material with care
• Positive attitude
