This is not your average warehouse job. You’ll be moving real furniture — heavy, quality pieces — in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment where your effort directly determines your pay. If you take pride in strength, consistency, and performance, you’ll fit right in.
Pay & Incentives$14.50/hr base pay + performance incentive pay
Average $17–$23/hr for team members consistently hitting 30+ pieces per hour
Top performers earn more — your results drive your rewards
Monday–Friday | 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM (start early, finish early – afternoons free!)
Pull and move furniture (some up to 300 lbs) using cherry pickers and hand trucks
Work efficiently to hit or exceed 30+ PPH performance goals
Accurately verify item and quantity for each pull
Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
Communicate clearly with team leads and peers to keep orders flowing
Follow all safety procedures — we work hard and smart
This is a hands-on, physical role. You’ll be on your feet, moving, lifting, and producing results every day. It’s demanding — and that’s exactly why it’s rewarding.
