Job Description

Responsibilities

• Audit daily receiving and shipping transactions.
• Support the accumulation of requisitions and the delivery of kits pending processing.
• Review inventory variances and quantities.
• Review account charges and work orders for production.
• Analyze abnormal material consumption trends.
• Follow up on pending receipts due to discrepancies.
• Assist and receive local suppliers and import/export shipments.
• Operate specialized equipment such as forklifts and hydraulic loaders to receive, deliver, and store materials in the warehouse.
• Perform daily inventory counts as defined by the area supervisor.
• Follow procedures and formats specific to the area.
• Perform any other duties assigned according to the nature of the position.
• Comply with and enforce all points of the Internal Work Regulations of TPI.
• Ensure compliance with and promote TPI’s Mission, Vision, and Values.
• Be organized and results-oriented.
• Handle numerical data and information entry.
• Ensure maintenance and continuous improvement of Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
• Maintain a customer-focused approach using risk-based thinking while supporting Management Systems improvements.
