Vantage is seeking a motivated Production Worker that will be responsible for arranging shipments of materials, inspecting and verifying goods, managing inventory levels of shipping materials and supplies, and operating a forklift. The Production Worker must have outstanding communication and strong work ethic. They must operate equipment to meet facility goals for safety, quality, productivity, and teamwork.

Requirements
We are searching for a candidate with:
- High School degree with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting.
- Proficiency in operating various types of forklifts, including cherry pickers, clamp trucks, order pickers, pallet jacks, etc.
- Proficient in computer skills.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and procedures.
- Exceptional work ethic, time management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.

Work Environment, Hazards, & Special Physical Demands
- Warehouse and manufacturing production environment.
- Must be able to remain on your feet for extended periods of time and lift at least 50 lbs.
- Risk of injury on manufacturing floor and operating heavy machinery.
Benefits of Working With Us
- Salary for New York Based Applicants: $17.00 an hour (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and in keeping with local legislation)

- This is an hourly position with overtime available. After 90 days, this position will be eligible for benefits through the IBEW, Local 3 Union
