Warehouse / Production Associate

Engineered Air – Newmarket, ON

Permanent Full-Time | Day Shift | Starting at $20.25/hour

Applicants with warehouse, general labour, or manufacturing experience who are interested in learning production skills are encouraged to apply.

Most opportunities involve manufacturing and assembling HVAC equipment. Warehouse duties or positions may be available depending on business needs.

What You'll Do

Working with our production team, you may perform the following duties based on your skills, training, and production needs:

• Measure, cut, and fasten sheet metal.
• Assemble metal parts and components for custom HVAC equipment.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.
• Learn to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Prepare parts lists and gather materials for assembly.
• Keep your work area clean and organized and follow safe work procedures.
• Assist with material handling or warehouse activities as required.

What We're Looking For

• An interest in hands-on manufacturing and assembly work.
• Production, warehouse, or general labour experience is an asset.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and tape measures is an asset.
• Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and work as part of a team.
• Dependable attendance and attention to safety and quality.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods in a busy production environment.

Pay and Schedule

• Starting pay: $20.25 per hour.
• Shift: Daytime.
• Hours: Typically up to 48 hours per week, including occasional Saturday shifts. Schedules may change based on business needs.
