As a Warehouse Process Controller, you will play a key role in the implementation of a new customer within the Consumer Products division. You will support the operation during the startup phase of a brand-new warehouse, helping to ensure processes run smoothly, systems perform as expected, and operational challenges are resolved quickly and effectively.

At our new site in Echt, you will work in one of the most advanced logistics environments in the region. Equipped with the latest technologies, automation solutions, and Warehouse Management Systems, this operation is designed to set new standards in efficiency and innovation. You will be at the heart of the implementation, working closely with Operations, Quality, Customer Support, and other stakeholders to help build a successful operation from the ground up.

YOUR TASKS

As a Warehouse Process Controller, you combine operational involvement with data analysis. You act as the first point of contact for operational and system-related issues and translate findings into sustainable improvements.

• Act as the first point of contact for operational and system-related issues within the warehouse;
• Investigate order, inventory, and process deviations and implement sustainable solutions;
• Analyze operational data, inventory accuracy, and performance trends using SAP and Excel;
• Prepare reports and provide insights to Operations, Quality, and other stakeholders;
• Support root cause analyses and corrective actions to prevent recurring issues;
• Monitor warehouse processes and ensure data accuracy within operational systems;
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives;
• Contribute to the successful implementation and ramp-up of a new customer operation.

You are part of the Operations Support team and work closely with Supervisors, Quality, and Customer Support. You report directly to the Supervisor and play a visible role within the operation.

Flexibility in working hours is required to support operational needs.

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for an analytical and proactive professional who enjoys working in a dynamic warehouse environment and understands logistics processes in depth.

• MBO+ / HBO working and thinking level;
• Experience within logistics, warehouse support, operations support, or customer implementations is a plus;
• Strong analytical skills and affinity with data;
• Experience with SAP and advanced Excel;
• Good understanding of warehouse processes, including inbound, outbound, and inventory management;
• Fluent in English;
• Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment where processes and systems continue to develop;
• Accurate, proactive, and solution-oriented;
• Fulltime available and flexible when operational needs require it.
