As a Warehouse Prep Associate at Takeuchi, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, quality, and safety of our machinery throughout the shipping process. Your responsibilities will include:
- Loading and unloading machines from containers, flatbeds, and trailers with a focus on safety and efficiency.
- Preparing machines according to customer specifications.
- Reviewing orders prior to shipping to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Inspecting machines to ensure they meet our high standards before shipping to customers.

QualificationsWe are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- Ability to perform tasks with the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
- Flexibility to work in various functions within the general warehouse.
- Proficiency in maintaining minimum performance standards while multitasking.
- Commitment to working safely and following all safety rules and procedures.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Warehouse Management systems.
- Strong team player with proven ability to multitask.
- Proficient reading skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Six months of distribution center experience preferred.
- Prior forklift experience preferred.
Physical Demands:
This position requires moderate to heavy physical effort, including:
- Sitting, standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, climbing steps or ladders.
- Grasping, fine and coarse manipulation, reaching both forward and above head level.
- Ability to push, pull, and/or lift up to 50 pounds.
- Safely operating assigned machinery with no accommodations.
