Job Description

We're hiring Warehouse Pickers/Packers to join a fast-paced apparel distribution center in Fort Worth, TX 76131 This position is ideal for dependable individuals who enjoy staying active and working in a team environment. You'll be responsible for accurately picking, packing, scanning, and preparing clothing orders for shipment while meeting productivity and quality standards.

Contract-to-Hire

Pay Rate: $16.00/hour
Schedule: Friday – Sunday | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Responsibilities
  • Pick and pack apparel orders accurately using RF scanners.
  • Scan products and update inventory using warehouse computer systems.
  • Verify item numbers, sizes, colors, and quantities before packing.
  • Label, package, and prepare orders for shipment.
  • Maintain accuracy while meeting daily productivity goals.
  • Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
  • Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.

Requirements
  • Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
  • Experience using RF scanners or handheld devices is a plus.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to navigate warehouse systems.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
