Picker Packer | $15.00/hr | 1st Shift

Our Story: We are not just any warehouse – we are the largest book printer & distributor in North America. That means we move more stories, lift bigger pallets. and have a larger impact than anyone else in the business.

What You’ll Get:

• $15.00/hr
• On Demand Pay
• Full Time Schedule – Benefits Eligible

Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm, with overtime as required

Location: 30 Amberwood Parkway, Ashland, OH 44805

Job Responsibilities

• Use RF scanners to pick, pack, sort, label, and distribute orders for shipment
• Stage labeled packages for pick up by carrier
• Restock supplies – boxes, bags, filler material, as needed
• Follow all safety guidelines, including safe lifting and handling procedure
• Any other duties as assigned

What You Bring:

• Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience - required
• Ability to perform simple math - whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, climb, push/pull, reach, and lift throughout duration of shift in varying seasonal temperatures
• High school diploma or equivalent - required
