Lead outbound warehouse operations
· Train, coach, and support your team for peak performance.
· Implement process improvements to boost accuracy, quality, and service.
· Collaborate with leadership to achieve operational goals.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies

Requirements
2+ years of experience in warehouse operations and leadership.
· Knowledge of warehouse management systems (SAP experience preferred).
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
