Position Summary

Feeser's is seeking an experienced Outbound Loader to join our warehouse team. This position is responsible for safely and efficiently loading customer orders onto delivery trailers using an Electric Rider Pallet Jack (EPJ) while ensuring accuracy, safety, and timely shipments.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate an Electric Rider Pallet Jack (EPJ) to transport and load pallets.
• Load trailers according to assigned load grids and shipping instructions.
• Verify pallet labels, product accuracy, and load counts using RF scanners.
• Inspect pallets and trailers for damage or safety concerns.
• Properly secure loads using straps, load bars, and other equipment.
• Follow food safety procedures and warehouse safety standards.
• Maintain productivity in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of EPJ operating experience required.
• Previous warehouse loading or shipping experience preferred.
• Experience using RF scanners preferred.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Comfortable working in refrigerated and freezer environments (-10°F to 90°F).
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork.
