We are currently hiring a Full-Time Warehouse Order Picker/Selector to join our team based out of our Richmond, BC location.
The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring accuracy when selecting orders, shipping, and recording all movements of inventory and materials to and from Fresh Start Foods facilities.
Position: Full-Time, Permanent
Schedule: Sunday to Thursday, 2:00pm to 10:30pm
Salary: $21/hour (paid on weekly basis!)
Duties and Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Lead Hand or Supervisor
Achieving productivity targets.
Ensuring orders are finished according to shipping schedules.
Build up the order pallets, load the pallets into the truck after picking.
Working together with team members to ensure an efficient production flow.
Ensuring products are shipped and received to specifications.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
Frequently operate a forklift, pallet jack, hand jack, and other equipment to load, unload transport, and store goods.
Forklift Certification (Battery), and Forklift Certification (Propane) is an asset (Training can be provided).
Strong Attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Accountable and Dependable.
Self motivated and have the desire to improve continuously.
Frequent lifting, pushing and pulling up to 50 lbs.
Frequent bending/stooping. Occasionally required to squat/kneel/rotate/twist/balance.
Must be able to work Holidays as required
Able to work Overtime as required
