WAREHOUSE ORDER PICKER

$19.50/HR | 4-DAY WORKWEEK | DAY SHIFT | OVERTIME AVAILABLE

Looking for full-time warehouse work with a daytime schedule and three days off each week?

E.A. Sween is hiring Warehouse Order Pickers in Lewisville, TX. This is an active, fast-paced role where you will pick and prepare fresh food products for delivery to 7-Eleven stores.

No warehouse experience required. We provide training and welcome dependable candidates from retail, grocery, stocking, restaurants, production, construction, and other active work environments.

PAY & SCHEDULE

• $19.50 per hour
• Fixed 4-day workweek
• Three days off each week
• Day shift only — no overnight shifts
• Start times between 6:00 AM and 9:30 AM, depending on schedule
• Overtime available
• Full-time, consistent work

This is a finish-the-work operation, so shifts may run long depending on daily volume. Reliable attendance, especially during your first 90 days, is essential.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Place products correctly in totes
• Verify products, pricing, and date codes
• Handle products carefully to minimize damage
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy expectations
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Follow food safety and temperature-control requirements
• Complete required safety and job training
• Work with teammates to keep orders moving

WHAT YOU NEED

• Must be at least 18 years old
• No warehouse experience required
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and willingness to stay active
• Basic math skills
• Ability to read and speak basic English
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to meet productivity expectations

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Frequently lift up to 75 lbs.
• Frequently push/pull up to 250 lbs.
• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, kneeling, and squatting
• Work in refrigerated and dry areas ranging from approximately 35°F to 75°F
